I'm the Founder of Fit After 40,

Executive Coach, Nutritionist & Menopause Specialist.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to educate and empower as many women as possible about what to expect as they navigate the later years of their lives. Too often, women find themselves in the midst of menopause without the knowledge or tools to effectively manage the associated symptoms and changes. At Fit After 40 we aim to change this narrative by raising awareness early on and providing women with the resources they need to thrive during this transformative phase.

 

Through personalized coaching, nutrition guidance, and specialized menopause support, Fit After 40 offers women the tools they need to navigate these challenging years with grace and resilience.  Out approach focuses on using fitness and nutrition to improve lifestyle behaviour's and optimize future health outcomes.
